Client Success Story
An innovative Irish agriculture cooperative required an assessment of the dairy farms under its umbrella in order to understand how these farms were performing from an efficiency perspective, so as to establish means of improving the co-op’s overall milk supply system.
Farrelly Mitchell prepared an analysis of the co-operative’s financial position through reviewing the client’s current assets/liabilities portfolio, personal objectives and goals. We engaged in identifying and examining a realistic debt management process and also assessed how to improve farm efficiency as a means of freeing up money to service debt repayments.
We provided the client with a written report, which included comprehensive feedback in each case and a written summary with appropriate recommendations and comments aimed at meeting the efficiency improvement-driven objects of the project.
Farrelly Mitchell completed a number of farm business reviews, providing operational and financial analysis to help our clients improve efficiency and cash flow management.
