As Food and Agribusiness Consulting Manager at Farrelly Mitchell, Mohammad plays a key role in steering the company’s strategic direction and overseeing some of our most impactful projects. Mohammad is a diligent professional who brings a wealth of knowledge in food science and technology, specialising in food safety, regulatory affairs, and effective agribusiness project management.
Prior to his position at Farrelly Mitchell, Mohammad held a key role at Alltech as a Regulatory Affairs Specialists. Before this, Mohammad took on the role of Product Development Specialist at the Centre for Advanced Photonics & Process Analysis (CAPPA), collaborating closely with Nestlé NDC Nutrition. He also holds over two years of training in research with Teagasc Ireland, and has worked in academic and research roles internationally.
Through each phase of his career, John has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and excel, driven by a passion for food science and a commitment to improving food systems and safety around the globe.
