He has worked with major international food suppliers to enhance the efficiency of production as well as product development.
Highly experienced in working with major international food suppliers, Najeeb routinely develops and implements operational and strategic planning initiatives, particularly in challenging environments where supply chain optimisation is difficult to achieve or implement.
Najeeb’s track record extends to strategic planning and implementation of several start-up and expansion manufacturing projects. He has strong established working relationships with a large number of government agencies including the Saudi Industrial Fund (SIDF) and the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF), where he has supervised several start-up projects on behalf of clients.
Najeeb is highly diligent and highly experienced in the food and agribusiness industries. He previously worked in senior management roles with major Saudi Arabian companies including listing companies in the Saudi stock market.
His responsibilities in these roles included redesigning operational, technical automation and quality procedures implementation and practices. Furthermore, he holds several board-level positions at Saudi companies in the food and agricultural industries.
