Our clients are at the core of our operations, and their success is our primary objective. Our solutions are uniquely tailored to each client, with whom we build strong and lasting relationships.

Inclusivity

We believe that the agrifood industry can thrive if it embraces perspectives and talents from various backgrounds. We strive for diversity and inclusivity in our offices, as well as designing key interventions for clients that promote race and gender equality.

Our goals

Commitment to the planet

We recognise the impact that our industry has on climate change, and we are committed to reducing it. As food and agribusiness consultants, we play a unique role in achieving long-term global sustainability goals, as we can influence some of the largest food and agribusinesses worldwide. Our ESG and sustainability experts have worked on countless projects worldwide, informing businesses, governments, and agencies on the most sustainable practices.

We are also dedicated to reducing our own carbon footprint, with recent WFH and bike-to-work schemes lowering office energy use and commuter related emissions. Recent initiatives have improved recycling facilities, reduced paper waste, and replaced plastic delph/cutlery with reusable alternatives.

Breaking the cycle of malnutrition

Food insecurity and malnutrition is a pressing concern for the food and agricultural industry. We work tirelessly to find solutions to these problems and support our clients in producing nutritious food, improving farming practices, and enhancing distribution systems.

We have recently provided pro bono supports to developing nations struggling with food insecurity, including holistic funding for primary and secondary students in West Africa.

Supporting economic growth

Value creation is at the heart of our operations. Economic growth is a primary target for many of our clients, therefore our recommendations must be commercially viable for the success of our clients as well as the overall economic prosperity of the agrifood industry.
