ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Analyst or Consultant with management consulting experience to join our Middle East team in Dubai. The role covers strategy, commercial and operational engagements across food, agriculture and agribusiness, working with clients in the region and internationally.
The ideal candidate can structure a problem, handle the numbers and hold their own in front of a client. They will own workstreams end to end, turn complex analysis into recommendations a board can act on, and keep engagements running to time and to standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery
- Own assigned workstreams, coordinating internal team members, external experts and client stakeholders
- Run primary and secondary research including expert workshops, stakeholder interviews and data analysis
- Build, review and interpret financial models and business cases for feasibility assessments and investment decisions
- Produce client-ready PowerPoint material that is insight led, visually strong and meets top-tier consulting standards
Client Engagement
- Hold relationships with client stakeholders through the course of a mandate
- Lead workshops, interviews and sections of client presentations
- Structure findings into a clear storyline with evidence behind every conclusion
Growth
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and client conversations
- Build sector knowledge and thought leadership that strengthens our position in the market
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including meaningful time in management or strategy consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to produce client-ready output
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment and juggling multiple priorities
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, internally and on the client side
- Arabic speaker preferred
- GCC project experience required
- PMP or Prince2 required
