Kieran has deep agri-food operational and strategy development experience with 35 years spent across Saudi Arabia, Europe and the wider EMENA region. His experience includes organisational change and alignment with strategy, coordinating activities and initiatives for delivering the value proposition, with a dual focus on operational effectiveness.

He has significant operational experience in business development and is an expert in identifying and exploiting growing niche markets when it comes to agri-food investments.

As a Senior Consultant with Farrelly & Mitchell, he has defined strategic plans and strategy execution frameworks. His project experience includes configuring business models for value proposition delivery, defining Risk Registers and assessing potential business partners’ business strategies.

He is an expert in identifying growing niche markets for F&B clients for investment purposes. His project work includes defining roadmaps for promoting increased consumption in Saudi Arabia and exploiting market growth.

He has held various senior management roles within highly established largescale agribusiness and food companies in Saudi Arabia including companies such as TADCO and Almarai and thus has numerous valuable contacts across the Kingdom and GCC region.
