His professional experience includes statutory reporting and year-end financial reporting; taxation; corporate restructuring, due diligence analysis and reports; liquidations; forensic accounting assignments; investigations; litigation support; as well as corporate and personal taxation.

At Farrelly & Mitchell, Frank takes a lead role in corporate planning, international tax planning, financial structuring, due diligence and transaction support projects. He has also worked on a range of start-up, acquisition and merger projects within the agri-food sector in Ireland, the Middle East and internationally.
