Farrelly & Mitchell announces new appointments

Dublin, Ireland, 22nd July 2020 –  Farrelly & Mitchell, international food and agribusiness management consultants, has announced a number of strategic appointments to its Dublin head office.

Seamus Roarty will take up the position of Agri-Food Economist & Financial Analyst and will be based at the company’s Head Office at Balbriggan, Dublin.

Mr Roarty has over a decade of experience in food, finance and administration in Ireland and Canada. He served as Production Lead at Largo, one of Ireland’s largest snack food manufacturers and joins Farrelly & Mitchell from Apex Group Financial Services.

A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, he holds a Master’s degree, first-class honours, in International Finance.

Farrelly & Mitchell also announced the appointment of Diarmaid Williams to the role of Senior Business Development & Tender Specialist. Having commenced the role in March, he is also based at Head Office in Dublin.

Mr Williams has 16 years’ experience in media & corporate communications having previously worked in mainstream news and later as editor of two London-based websites, Power Engineering International & Decentralized Energy, both covering the global electric power industries for Pennwell Corporation.

A graduate of the University of Limerick, he holds a BA in European Studies, Diploma in Media & Graduate Diploma in Technical Communication.
